 The HKFYG Jockey Club Sai Kung Outdoor Training Camp is one of the busiest outdoor training campsites in Hong Kong, with over 160,000 visits per year. Our expertise in IT infrastructure deployment and network administration allowed us to expedite the incorporation and development of the campsite's IT network infrastructure.

We developed a customized Campsite Management System (CMS) that covers all aspects of campsite operations, from online reservations to daily back-end management. This streamlined the workflow among staff members, clients, and vendors, thereby enhancing work efficiency and client satisfaction. We are currently developing the next generation of the CMS with more advanced features and capabilities.

To support up to 600+ clients during peak season and ensure the smooth operation of the CMS and servers, we implemented an advanced network infrastructure such as a 10G fiber backbone and Wi-Fi network.

As the campsite received over 34,000 incoming calls each year, we implemented an IP Phone and Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to handle such a high volume of calls. The IVRS system allows callers to navigate through a directory and listen to campsite information, improving the quality of service and reducing staff workload.

Despite a lack of IT support staff, we provide full IT support services to the campsite, ensuring smooth operations from system debugging and disaster recovery to data backup plans and desktop computer upgrades. This minimizes system downtime and ensures uninterrupted operations.
